Etna Natural Park
Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, is one of the few places in the world where earth, air, water and fire coexist and put on a show.
Accompanied by authorized guides, it is possible to travel unforgettable naturalistic itineraries immersed in uncontaminated nature among luxuriant woods, lunar landscapes and glimpses of Dante.
Visiting the active faults of the volcano it is even possible to feel the “breath” of the Mountain, as the Sicilians call it.
On the active summit craters, 3000 meters high, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and the splendid Ionian coast.
Then we find the Alcantara Gorges, a lava canyon formed thousands of years ago, with tens of meters high rock walls, between which the waters of the Alcantara river flow today with its magnificent waterfalls.
On the other hand, in the Valle del Bove, a large and deep cavity on the south-eastern side of Etna, the scenery is almost lunar: a real desert of volcanic lava.
The Grotta del Gelo then, is an imposing volcanic cavity made even more suggestive by the presence of stalactites and stalagmites, the only example of a perennial glacier existing at 2000 meters. of latitude.
In winter, when snow covers the entire landscape, Etna also becomes an excellent ski destination.
Etnaland Water Park
Etnaland is the largest amusement park in Southern Italy.
Opened in 2001, it includes over 25 attractions spread over 6 thematic areas for a total of 8,500 square meters of swimming pools.
A reference point for summer lovers, it is a real entertainment island with many and exciting entertainment opportunities.
