Antonio Maria Trigona
Antonio Maria Trigona (1760 –1835) was an Italian Catholic archbishop.
He was ordained a priest on September 20, 1783. On March 31, 1806, Pope Pius VII appointed him auxiliary bishop of Catania and titular bishop of Gerocesarea. He received episcopal ordination on the following 19 October from Bishop Corrado Maria Deodato Moncada.
On July 28, 1817, the same Pope elevated him to the dignity of archbishop by transferring him to the archdiocese of Messina. On November 22, 1819 he resigned from office and on the following December 17, Pius VII again appointed him titular archbishop of Caesarea in Cappadocia.
